1ºThe service of temporary deactivation can be requested from the second (2.) month of the contract, that is to say, in the first month of contract it is not possible to proceed to the temporary deactivation of the crevimax suspension service.
2ºThe minimum period of deactivation of any service has to be at least two (2) weeks. A period of deactivation inferior is not possible.
3ºAfter the first period of deactivation, the service must be active at least two (2) weeks, before it can be requested again.
4ºThe request for deactivation must be sent in writing (by e-mail and/or fax) at least three (3) days before the start date. The end date of the deactivation period should also notified in writing, in either case, it must be done on a working day.
5ºIf a total deactivation is carried out, both the telephone line and the Internet are closed in their entirety. The monthly cost is six (6) euros and zero (0) cents for all products except for crevimax , whose monthly cost during the deactivation period is twelve (12) euros and zero (0) cents. Indirect taxes (VAT) included.
6ºThe cost of deactivation is calculated by the exact amount of days.
7ºBonds and/or flat rates are NOT AUTOMATICALLY DEACTIVATED in each deactivation period. In order to deactivate them, you must specifically request each deactivation request of the contracted monthly products.
8ºBonuses and flat rates (for example international flat rate or CountrySelect) are monthly rates, so they can be closed and/or activated monthly each time.
9ºThe products that can be deactivated are the following: crevimax suspension, and all derived products. The products that cannot be deactivated are the following: Tariff crevimax and all derived products.
10ºIn case of total cancellation of all the services contracted with crevimax, the deactivation will be automatically cancelled and the amount of the complete monthly payment of the contracted products will be calculated.
11ºDeactivation is calculated in the monthly invoice in the following way: In each monthly invoice appear the contracted services with their respective costs, these costs are always charged in advance to the corresponding month. For this reason, in each period of deactivation, the total monthly costs are reflected in the monthly invoice, and in the invoice of the following month the total costs of the previous month are discounted and the correct amount is charged corresponding to the period of deactivation and use of the service.
